Rehab....for my ankle, killin' time

Since I haven't been doing anything epic these are some old pics and some of my photo class, physio is going good I ditched my cane today and rode Ryder Lake too 95 km not bad for a gimp?!?! and its only a little over 3 weeks since the cast came off. My ankle is still pretty stiff but getting a lot stronger, it will be 3 weeks till I can go back to driving 1118 one bad ass freighliner! So while I'm waiting to go back to work I'm riding the Colnago about 4 days a week and swimming 6.

The best day in a long time!!! I need a lot of work. I have an inch and a half of movement.... scheisen fuss!!! Hoping I can work in a month, maybe start playing in 6 weeks!?!?!?!?! we'll see, Tara is gonna hook up some mad physio skillzz. So Toby started a good thing " Victoms of Ricky Federau" on facebook and I encourage you to join! This came to mind but with some irony "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me" Ricky is a nice guy and is not mean but the pain he inflicts hurts like hell! And yes broken bones do hurt Ricky, I'd rather be made fun of. Be carefull when you hear "It's gonna be UNREAL!!!!!!!" you may be injured soon! Anyways it's his birthday today I shouldn't be too mean.
